About Jon Nichols
Jon began his real estate career over 20 years ago in the Central Alberta area. He moved here from British Columbia to bring his children here to attend a Christian academy and College. Enrolled in the Real Estate Associate Program that entailed taking 210 hours of course material. He then attended the Fast Start or Real Estate 1000 Course for licensed realtors, which gave him a solid base to embark on his real estate career.
Over the years Jon has continually taken educational upgrading courses to be always on top of the cutting edge marketing and real estate updates and changes to better serve his customers. In addition to this, he has and is always looking at ways to improve his personal growth and communication skills by taking any type of motivational and personal growth programs that are available ensuring that he is at the top of his game when negotiating on behalf of clients be it buying or selling. Having strong Relationships with clients is important and key to Jon’s success. “Provide the best information possible, so my clients can make the best decision possible in their situation and for their situation.”
Jon has consistently been awarded with top awards and honors throughout his career, that includes being awarded the President’s Elite, President’s Circle designation. Over the past 4 years Jon and his wife Denise have been awarded the “Top Producing Team” with Coldwell Banker in the Central Alberta area.

Jon continues to expand and grow his business in many creative and innovative ways. For example, Jon obtained his mortgage broker license with Professional Mortgage Planners of Verico, three years ago to further serve his clients and streamline the homebuying experience and to pre qualify his clients for the home they are seeking. This in turn benefits the Home Seller as it gets the job done in a timely manner, eliminating any buyers that don’t qualify for the home.
